Very unprofessional. Due to transportation issues, I was delayed 5 minutes and after consulting the girl at the reception and the fact that the two dentists would try to transfer the consultation to each other, they told me that since I had arrived late and they had to open the file for me because it was my first consultation, they would not attend to me. I understand that everyone has the right to leave at their own time but they could well have looked for another option such as signing me up after the consultation. I will claim Sanitas
